X-Trainer — Trail & Beginner Enduro · New for 2027

The 2027 X-trainer lineup just got bigger and better. Beta's trail bike now comes in two displacements - the brand-new 200cc model joins the proven 300 - giving a wider range of riders access to the X-trainer's signature blend of low seat height, smooth power, and all-terrain confidence.

Both models receive shared chassis updates, a black frame (a first for the X-trainer family), a redesigned headlight and mask, and automatic oil injection that eliminates the need to premix fuel. The X-trainer remains one of the lightest enduro motorcycles on the market and one of the best trail bikes at any price.

X-Trainer 200

All-new model

2-stroke · Trail · 200cc

The X-trainer 200 is a brand-new model for 2027 - Beta's answer to riders who found the 300 a step more than they needed. Derived from the X-Pro engine family and refined specifically for the X-trainer's approachability mission, the 200's engine delivers linear, controllable torque through new power-valve timing, revised porting, and a new piston design.

It's one of the lightest enduro bikes on the market, with a seat height 20mm lower than standard RR models and fully adjustable 43mm front forks with progressive rear linkage. Automatic oil injection is standard just fill up with gas and ride.

Best for: New and smaller riders wanting a lighter step below the 300.

Beta's best-selling X-trainer model returns for 2027 with the same character that's made it a favorite for over a decade - now updated with a black frame, redesigned headlight, updated chain guide and front-sprocket guard, and automatic oil injection shared with the new 200. The 300 is available in standard and Lowboy configurations.

The Lowboy features a 34.6" seat height, approximately 1.2 inches lower than the standard 35.8" model. Whether you're a beginner building confidence or an experienced hard enduro rider who wants something nimble and precise on the gnarliest terrain, the X-trainer 300 delivers.

Best for: Beginners to experienced hard-enduro riders wanting a nimble trail bike.

RR X-Pro — Trail Enduro · Updated for 2027

The 2027 RR X-Pro is Beta's most significant update to the trail enduro family in years. Chassis and suspension refinements improve comfort and confidence across all eight models - and for the first time, the four-stroke X-Pro models debut race-derived electronics including Launch Control and Quick Shift.

It's the same X-Pro recipe that's won over riders of all skill levels, refined to a new level of capability and versatility.

RR X-Pro

Trail Enduro

2T & 4T · Multiple displacements

The X-Pro sits perfectly in Beta's lineup - more capable and structured than the Xtrainer, but more accessible and user-friendly than the full-competition RR Race models. For 2027 the chassis updates give riders a more precise and stable feel across terrain types, while the reworked suspension valving prioritizes initial plushness and bump absorption rather than just bottoming resistance.

The rear shock gets tool-less preload adjustment and better separation of high-speed and low-speed damping circuits. All models receive a new Trailtech digital dash, redesigned LED headlight, heavier-duty chain guide, softer-compound grips, and a redesigned front-sprocket guard.

RR Race — Competition Enduro

The RR Race is Beta's flagship competition off-road family - the machine that earns Beta's reputation in the enduro world. Eight models from 125cc to 480cc across 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines, each built for maximum performance on trail and in competition.

The 2027 RR Race models have not yet been released at time of writing - Beta typically unveils the Race Edition models separately from the X-Pro and Xtrainer. Contact us to get on the notification list when they're announced.

RC 450 — 450 4-Stroke Off-Road

The RC 450 is Beta's do-it-all four-stroke off-road racer - built for riders who race the woods on weekends and train on motocross tracks during the week. It bridges the gap between the trail-focused RR family and the pure motocross RX line, with a chassis and componentry tuned for mixed off-road racing.

4-stroke · Off-road · 450cc

The RC 450 pairs a 450cc four-stroke engine with a 5-speed transmission, adjustable ignition mapping and traction control, electric start with a lightweight lithium battery, and an easy-pull diaphragm clutch. The chassis is a chromoly single-tube frame with an aluminum rear subframe and an 18" rear wheel, riding on a KYB 48mm closed-cartridge fork and 50mm rear shock with a rising-rate linkage, with Nissin brakes throughout.

It also carries off-road-specific touches a pure motocross bike doesn't need — a larger fuel tank, handguards, a formed skid plate, and an O-ring chain.

RX — Motocross / Cross-Country · All-New 250RXF for 2027

The 2027 RX range is Beta's most complete motocross lineup yet - four models spanning two-stroke and four-stroke, headlined by the all-new 250RXF.

Beta's first-ever 250cc four-stroke motocross bike debuted on MXGP tracks throughout 2026 before entering full production this year, joining the established 450 four-stroke and the 350 and 250 two-strokes, both of which pick up their own engine and feature updates for 2027.

Beta's first-ever 250cc four-stroke motocross model enters full production for 2027 after proving itself on MXGP tracks throughout 2026. It's a genuinely new machine, not a bored-out 450 - built around an all-new 249.3cc DOHC engine with titanium intake and exhaust valves, an F1-derived piston design, and dual-injector fuel injection through a 46mm tapered throttle body.

Beta's full race-derived electronics package comes standard: 5-level Launch Control, Traction Control, and Quick Shift. At 222.7 lb dry, it's one of the lightest 250 four-strokes on the track.

The 450F remains Beta's four-stroke motocross flagship, and for 2027 it picks up Beta's full electronics suite for the first time - 5-level Launch Control and Quick Shift join the Traction Control and dual engine maps carried over from 2026, all managed through a redesigned control panel.

A new tapered 46mm throttle body sharpens cornering power and midrange response. Same proven 449.3cc engine, KYB suspension, and Nissin brakes underneath.

LOWER SEAT HEIGHT

LOYBOY OPTION

The Lowboy configuration is available on the Xtrainer 300, with a 34.6" seat height compared to the standard 35.8" - about 1.2" lower using the same factory geometry. It's a factory build - not an aftermarket modification - so fit, finish, and warranty are all maintained.

A popular choice for shorter riders or anyone who wants more ground confidence without changing how the bike handles. Lowboy is also available on RR-S over on the Dual-Sport/Adventure page.

NOT SURE WHICH OFF-ROAD BETA IS RIGHT FOR YOU?

Beta's off-road range covers more ground than almost any other brand - five families, 2-stroke and 4-stroke, multiple displacement choices within each, trail to full competition. The right bike depends on your experience, where you ride, and how hard you push. Come into the Sullivan showroom or give us a call and we'll have an honest conversation about which direction makes the most sense before you commit to anything.
