BETA TRIALS MOTORCYCLES
Beta's 2026 Sincro platform replaces the long-running EVO two-stroke line with a lighter, sharper-handling trials bike available in four displacements, plus a factory-built Sincro Factory for riders ready to race. The EVO name lives on too - for the youth-sized EVO 80 and the four-stroke EVO 300. Whatever level you're riding at, Coffman Outdoors can get you on the right Beta.

Sincro — Trials
For 2026, Beta retired the EVO name on its two-stroke trials platform and introduced Sincro — a complete redesign built, as Beta puts it, to create "SINCROny between rider and bike." Every Sincro shares a new hydroformed aluminum backbone frame with an integrated fuel tank, a redesigned 6-speed gearbox, a diaphragm-spring clutch with adjustable preload, a revised swingarm and linkage, updated fork and shock, and a compact tilt-access radiator
It's available in four displacements, from a beginner-friendly 125 to a torquier 300, plus a 300 SS variant.

Sincro
Trials
2-stroke · 125/200/250/300cc
The Sincro is Beta's ground-up replacement for the EVO two-stroke trials line - a hydroformed aluminum backbone frame with an integrated fuel tank, paired with a completely new 2-stroke engine tuned for instant throttle response and smoother low-speed control.
A new 6-speed gearbox and diaphragm-spring clutch with customizable preload put more transmissible torque at your fingertips with a lighter pull, while a redesigned swingarm, updated fork and shock, and a compact tilt-access radiator shave nearly 2 lbs off the outgoing EVO's weight. It's available in four displacements - 125, 200, 250, and 300 - so riders can match displacement to skill level and terrain. An electric start accessory kit is available on the 200, 250, and 300 (not offered on the 125).

Sincro 300 SS
Trials
2-stroke · 300cc
SS Variant
The 300 SS runs the same all-new 300cc engine, frame, and drivetrain as the standard Sincro 300, offered as a distinct trim in Beta's 2026 lineup. Give us a call and we'll get you the specifics on what sets the SS apart from the standard 300 (how it's set up differently) before you buy.
Sincro Factory — Trials
The Sincro Factory takes the same all-new platform and adds the components Beta's factory racers run - for riders who've outgrown the standard Sincro and want a genuine competition-spec machine.
Black magnesium engine cases, a 7-disc diaphragm clutch (up from 6) for roughly 20% more transmissible torque, a full titanium exhaust, and a race-tuned ECU pair with a factory-spec fork (narrower tube spacing, TiN coating), a dedicated rear shock, and blue-anodized billet triple clamps to save weight everywhere it counts. BrakTec hydraulics, Galfer racing rotors, and Excel rims wrapped in Dunlop Geomax tires round out the package, all on a raw-aluminum frame finished in Beta's factory red-and-blue livery. Like the works bikes it's modeled on, there's no electric start. It's available in 125, 200, 250, and 300 - the 300 is the only displacement with Beta's new dual-spark ignition system, a first for a production trials bike.

Sincro Factory
Competition
2-stroke · 125/200/250/300cc
No Electric Start
Built for riders who've outgrown the standard Sincro, the Factory swaps in the hardware Beta's own racers use: black magnesium engine cases that trim about 2.2 lbs, a 7-disc diaphragm clutch (versus 6 on the standard Sincro) for roughly 20% more transmissible torque with an adjustable preload, and a full titanium exhaust that cuts over 1.1 lbs while sharpening throttle response.
A race-tuned ECU, a factory fork with TiN coating and narrower tube spacing, a dedicated rear shock, and blue-anodized billet triple clamps (100g lighter, with adjustable handlebar positioning) handle the chassis side, backed by BrakTec hydraulic master cylinders, Galfer self-cleaning racing rotors, and Excel rims on Dunlop Geomax tires. The 300cc Factory adds a dual-spark ignition system - a first for a production trials bike - for more even combustion and smoother low-RPM power. There's no electric start on any Factory model, by design, to keep weight to a minimum.
EVO — Trials
Beta didn't retire the EVO name entirely - it now covers the two models built on a different foundation than the new Sincro two-strokes: the EVO 80, Beta's youth trials platform, and the EVO 300 4-Stroke, for riders who want a four-stroke's manners instead of a two-stroke's snap. If you're comparing this page to older Beta material and wondering where "EVO 125" or "EVO 300" (two-stroke) went, that's the Sincro lineup above.

EVO 80 Jr & Sr
Youth
2-stroke · 80cc
Ages 9 - 15
The EVO 80 is Beta's entry point for young riders - a liquid-cooled two-stroke with a six-speed manual transmission, built to teach balance and control on a genuinely non-intimidating machine.
It comes in two setups: the Jr, sized for roughly 9-to-11-year-olds with smaller wheels and a standard chassis, and the Sr, built for the 11-to-15 range with full-size wheels and a smaller-profile chassis (some smaller adults use it as a beginner bike, too). Both share the same frame and engine platform.

EVO 300 4-Stroke
Trials
4-stroke · 300cc
8 lbs lighter than rivals
For riders who want four-stroke manners without the two-stroke's snap, the EVO 300 4-Stroke pairs a famously bulletproof, low-maintenance engine with a hydro-formed aluminum frame and integrated fuel cell.
Beta says it's roughly 8 lbs lighter than competing four-stroke trials bikes and built with an industry-leading tight turning radius. An electronic key with a magnetic wrist-cord kill switch adds anti-theft protection - the bike won't start with the key disconnected - and a tubeless rear tire with turn-buckle spoke nipples lets you run lower pressure for grip without the usual pinch-flat risk. A one-piece rear fender with its own access lid keeps air filter changes quick.

WHAT IS TRIALS RIDING?
NOT A TRACK, NOT A TRAIL - A SKILLS CONTEST
Observed trials is about balance, control, and cleanly clearing obstacles like rocks, logs, and hillsides without putting a foot down. It's one of the best ways to build genuine bike control, which is why so many off-road and motocross riders train on a trials bike in the off-season. If you've never ridden one, come by and we'll get you set up on something your size.
NOT SURE WHICH BETA TRIALS BIKE IS RIGHT FOR YOU?
Getting a young rider started? The EVO 80 - Jr or Sr - is built for exactly that. Riding for fun or building skills? The Sincro lineup covers beginner to advanced across four displacements. Already competing and want factory components? The Sincro Factory is built for it. Prefer a four-stroke's manners? The EVO 300 4-Stroke is worth a look. Give us a call and we'll help you land on the right bike for where you're at. Looking for a street-legal or off-road (non-trials) Beta instead? See our Off-Road and Dual-Sport/Adventure pages.
