Setup & Delivery Prep
New-bike assembly, fluid fill and torque checks, and a full safety inspection before your Beta ever leaves the lot.
Tune-ups & Scheduled Maintenance
Oil changes, air filter service, spark plug replacement, chain and sprocket adjustment, and valve and cable checks.
Tire & Brake Service
Mounting and balancing, pad and rotor replacement, brake bleeding, and lever adjustment.
Suspension Work
Fork and shock service, seal replacement, and spring and valving changes dialed in for your weight and riding style.
Warranty repairs
Authorized Beta warranty service, so covered work stays covered - no risk of voiding your warranty at an unauthorized shop.

Submit Your Request
Fill out the form above with your motorcycle details and what you need done. The more detail you can share, the better we can prepare.
We confirm your appointment
We'll call you within one business day to confirm your drop-off date and time, and let you know if we need any additional information beforehand.
Drop off your bike
Bring your motorcycle to our Sullivan shop during your confirmed drop-off window. Mon–Fri 9am–5pm, Sat 8am–12pm. We'll check it in and give you an initial estimate before any work begins.
We diagnose and get to work
Our technicians inspect your machine, diagnose any issues, and contact you with a full estimate before starting any repair work. No surprises.
Pick up your bike
We'll call when your bike is ready. Pick it up during shop hours and we'll walk you through everything we did. Service turnaround varies by workload - we'll give you an estimated timeframe at drop-off.
